Do I need an appointment to be seen?+
No. Adeptus Health emergency rooms are walk in. We are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Is this an emergency room or an urgent care?+
We are a fully licensed Freestanding Emergency Medical Care facility. We treat the same range of conditions as a hospital based ER, including chest pain, stroke, trauma, and pediatric emergencies.
Do you take my insurance?+
We accept most major commercial insurance, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, and UnitedHealthcare. Coverage varies by plan, so check with your insurer about emergency services.
How long will I wait?+
Most patients see a physician within five minutes of arrival. Wait times can vary with patient volume and the urgency of cases in the building.
Do you treat children?+
Yes. We have dedicated pediatric rooms and clinicians trained in pediatric advanced life support.
Can I get a copy of my medical records?+
Yes. Submit a written request to our Health Information Management team at records@adeptushealth.com or ask at the front desk.
Where can I park?+
Free patient and visitor parking is available at every facility, with reserved spaces near the entrance.
What if I cannot pay?+
We offer financial assistance for patients who qualify, regardless of immigration status. Ask the front desk or see our Billing & Financial Assistance page.
